The seminar will start with a greeting at 9h30 on Thursday November 15. Communications will run until Saturday November 17 at 13h.

Some clarifications to read before registering:

I. Your registration is done in two steps :

1. A pre-registration by clicking on the link above, after which you will receive a mail confirming your pre-registration (check your junkmail) and inviting you to confirm your registration proper.
   

   WARNING: there will be no validation to any pre-inscription between August 04 and August 20, 2018.

2. Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive a RECEIPT which includes all registration details and the necessary informations for your payment (CC, transfer, check).
   

If you realize you made a mistake in your registration before validation, do not hesitate to send a mail to GestionLLL@univ-orleans.fr.

II. The registration cost includes lunches for 3 days and the cocktail on Thursday evening.

• Teachers/Teacher-researchers outside Orléans/Tours: 117€
• Students/Doctorates outside Orléans/Tours: 78€
• Teachers/Teacher-Researchers/Students/Doctorates at Orléans/Tours: free registration

On the registration website, you must register for all lunches you wish to participate for a simple matter of organization.

III. The gala dinner will happen on Friday evening November 16 (price: 39€)

IV. Authorized payments are the following:

• Receipt
• Transfer (indicate as beneficiary: eslo50/Your name)
• Credit Card
• Check (named for the CNRS secondary accounting agent and to be sent joined with a copy of the registration receipt with the address indicated on the receipt)

Warning: For the CNRS management organisms: no payment by CNRS buying card (receipt to be done with Division Code 2738)

V. There will be no registration nor cash payment on seminar days.
